I have since 'power washed' my Chromebook 3 and have installed their stock 'Linux Beta' that they have. I ran the program and it still said that I needed to insert the CD. Put it on a USB drive and installed it on my Chromebook 3 via Crouton. I then went on my desktop, installed D2 & LOD through the Blizzard website. I then plugged an external CD-ROM into my Chromebook 3 in an attempt to run the game, but it still said that I needed to insert the CD. I attempted to run the game, but alas, it still requested the CD to be inserted. I obtained all the files off my CD-ROMs for Diablo2 & LOD and put them in the Diablo II folder.
